I am a labour economist working on human capital, gender, migration, and social mobility. My more recent work aims to understand the origins and consequences of inequality in human capital development.
I am a Research Fellow at the University of Westminster and I collaborate with the World Bank as a Consultant.
I previously held postdoctoral positions at University College London and Royal Holloway, University of London. I received an MSc (2012) and a PhD (2017) in Economics from the University of Essex.
