I am a labour economist working on human capital, gender, migration, and social mobility. My more recent work aims to understand the origins and consequences of inequality in human capital development.

I am a Research Fellow at the UCL Social Research Institute. 

I previously held postdoctoral positions at University College London, Royal Holloway University of London, and University of Westminster​. I occasionally work as a consultant for the World Bank. I received an MSc (2012) and a PhD (2017) in Economics from the University of Essex.
